One thing to remember about San Miguel is that new restaurants are always being opened and others being closed.  I have never witnessed such a opening and closing of businesses (especially restaurants) as I have in San Miguel.  So, if a new one opens and is very popular, don't be that sure that it will remain popular and/or remain open. The following was created with an extensive amount of work by previous tenants and the landlord.  It is only as up-to-date as you (and I) keep it, so wherever you find an addition or a correction, please bring it to my attention.  Thank you.  Michael

Due to the rapidly rising rents in SMA, commercial renters are known to have to go out of business and/or move quite frequently. As a result of this, many businesses, may no longer be at the locations herein shown. If you want to find them, ask at the old locations, and maybe someone there knows their new location or status. Good luck.
