Some time in the future, when the MPWCFoundation's Founder is either deceased or otherwise incapacitated (and must live in a smaller environment), his entire current living space (the entire downstairs of the house plus an office and sculpture studio and patio and terrace - all of the latter on the second floor) will become available for rent at a still to be determined reasonable price per month).  This (and its supplemental explanatory pages) will be filled out with the details of this rental, including a separate lease and operating hints and instructions and other necessary descriptive pages.
